Join us for KINDFIRE, a 10‑day eco‑artivist exhibition forming the artistic heart of London Climate Action Week 2026. Rooted in the GREENy bastARTs mission to “awaken consciousness about interconnected ecosystems and inspire meaningful action,” the exhibition brings together artists working across waste, biomaterials, photography, sculpture, videomaking, performance, and storytelling.
Exhibition: 18–28 June 2026
Opening Hours: Mon–Fri • 9–5pm
PV: 18 June • 5–8pm
Climate Action Experience: 27–28 June
Finissage: 28 June • 2-4pm
Venue: The Building Centre,26 Store St, London WC1E 7BT
Spanning six interconnected environmental urgencies — Energy Transition, Overconsumption, Food & the Kindness Revolution, Climate Social Justice, Interconnectedness, and How Climate Change Affects Me — Kindfire invites visitors to experience how every issue touches every other. Art becomes the emotional connector, revealing the systemic links between our choices, our cultures, and the living world.
The exhibition is paired with a weekend of events, and all participants commit to being vegan for the entire duration of Kindfire. Throughout the programme, artists and speakers offer accessible, tailored pathways for action, ensuring that every visitor leaves empowered with concrete steps they can take immediately.
Kindfire positions art as a catalyst for systemic change: kind, determined, and collective.
By being vegan across the whole Kindfire community - the team and participating artists for the full duration
of the event, and guest speakers on the day of their participation - we collectively saved approximately 1623 kg CO₂ - the equivalent of driving a car for over
3 years, 19.3 kg CH₄ - more than 3 months (100 days) of gas consumption for hot water and heating of a 3-person house in an averagely insulated UK home, 152000 l H₂O - the amount of water used for about 2,200 showers.
